Our in-house flame hardening services for customer parts include spin hardening and progressive hardening. We can set up our machines for a wide variety of your steel and cast iron parts up to 3000 lbs., including:

• Gears, from 2” to 48” D
• Crane wheels, from 2” to 48” D
• Large sprockets
• Large rope drums and sheaves
• Knives
• Rails
• Machine ways (for lathes, for example)
• Vice bases
• Stamping dies
• Turbine blades

But we are not limited to just the parts in this list! Flame hardening is by its design very flexible, so if you have a part not on the list call us anyway.

Any custom design work we need to do for flame heads that accommodate your part design and heat pattern specifications will be part of the setup charge, then thereafter you will be charged on a per part basis. We can deliver finished parts within most customer schedule requirements.
